Reporting a problem with the numbers
This is the most useful message you can send, and it gets priority. To make it quick to reproduce, include:
- the asset and the exact start and end dates you selected
- the figure that looks wrong, and what you expected instead
- a screenshot, if you have one
Corrections are published. If a calculation is wrong, the fix and the date it was fixed go into the changelog.
What I can't help with
I can't tell you what to buy or sell, review your portfolio, or offer an opinion on where a price is heading. Quartermaster is a research tool, not an advisory service, and I am not a licensed adviser. Questions about how a metric is calculated are always welcome — questions about what to do with your money are not something I can answer.
Press and collaboration
If you write a newsletter, run a channel, or want to use a chart from Quartermaster in your own work, email is the fastest route. Charts are free to use with attribution, and I am happy to walk through the methodology first so nothing gets described incorrectly.
